Gold Card Service

Our Gold Card Members Club offers the most comprehensive and thorough extended warranty and service agreement for mobility scooters or powerchairs in the UK today.

As a Member you are entitled to the following:

Parts – With the exception of batteries, we will replace any mechanical or electrical parts required to maintain your mobility scooter in tip-top operating condition free of charge for three years from the date of purchase. This even includes parts which fail as a result of fair wear and tear!

Labour – No charge will be made for any labour required to either repair or replace any part covered under this scheme.

Collection & Delivery – Your mobility scooter will be collected from and delivered back to your home at a time convenient to you and at no charge.

Loan machine – In the event that an immediate repair cannot be made at your home by our Service Engineer, we will, on request, provide you with a free loan powerchair or mobility scooter while your own machine is in our workshop for repair. We will make every effort to provide a replacement model the same as your own so that you will not have to deal with unfamiliar controls.

Annual Service – During the winter months, one of our Mobile Service Units will visit our Gold Card Members at home and provide their mobility scooters and power chairs with a detailed and thorough service, which will be free of charge.
