Whenever you ring up or visit our showroom, one of our advisors will ask you questions about your height, weight, level of your disability, what causes you pain, etc.
Then, having established some basic facts, the advisor will ask you more specifically about what advantages you hope to gain from the product you are looking for. Sometimes customers can “like the look of” a product which isn’t actually going to do the job they want it to do.
