Buying at Home or visiting the Showroom
Do I need to come to the showroom, or would a home visit be better?
No easy answer on this one, as both have advantages and disadvantages.

With over 150 mobility scooters and powerchairs on display from which to choose we will encourage you to test drive different models and compare one with another for price, features, comfort, ride quality, etc. We'll even make you welcome with complimentary tea or coffee!
Buying at home
If you decide to buy at home, have a friend or family member present with you. If possible, at the time of the salesperson's visit. This will not only give you added confidence and peace of mind, but will add a valued second opinion to your choice of product. We normally bring at least 6 different mobility scooters or powerchairs for you to test drive and compare.
Many questions can be readily answered by a home visit that could not be answered by a visit to the showroom:
- Where do you propose to keep the machine? Will it fit?
- Is there a power socket handy, to charge the batteries?
- Are you physically able to get the machine in and out of this storage area on your own?
- Do you need any ramps making to get your new mobility scooter or powerchair up and down the front step? (We will happily make them up for you).
- Will the machine go up and down the kerbs near your house?
- How comfortable is it to ride over uneven surfaces and rough ground?
- Will it have enough power for that steep slope?
- Can we modify your mobility scooter to suit you better?
